Empowerment. Transformed Perspectives. And Motherfuckin’ Bicycles.
Mission: The PedalMind Project’s original articles and videos help empower cyclists of all stripes to maximize their mental health, become the best versions of themselves, and fuel their desire to help others compassionately accomplish the same.
Cycling’s your jam.
Its simple revolutions—breathing, pedaling, momentum—create waves of clarity. Connection and inspiration cling to you. Temporarily, you see the bigger picture.
Once your wheels stop spinning, it’s all but forgotten amidst the fog of the daily grind.
Perhaps you’ve only recently realized that your dissatisfaction isn’t optimal. Maybe you’ve struggled with depression, anxiety, or other mental health issues for days, weeks, or years at a time, always skipping from one ‘solution’ to another.
Or, maybe you have a general idea of what you want, but still haven’t taken your leap of faith—and continue making excuses.
Either way, The PedalMind Project is all about taking the wisdom we earn on the bike, and making it relevant off the bike.
Through raw and vulnerable articles and videos, we tell a different cycling story: what can happen when we focus on achieving lasting fulfillment—not only on the never-ending wave of new bike shit.
Don’t get it twisted, though: I’m not a doctor, and I don’t write self-help foo.
"The PedalMind Project is all about taking the wisdom we earn on the bike, and making it relevant off the bike."
But I am here to tackle tough topics about accepting responsibility for our happiness, and making ourselves uncomfortable in its pursuit. Also, to drop a shit-ton of f-bombs.
*fuck*
I’ve made many missteps in my life. It’s helped me recognize that becoming a better human is a never-ending job. We’re each a project; a work in progress.
And as fellow humans, this is a group project: One where we convince others to share their deeply-held stories by sharing ours. Ensure we all apply constant pressure to our pedals, and continue moving forward.
Welcome to The PedalMind Project. Let’s seek your revolution, one moment at a time.
